It was a hard, valiant battle but in the end they rallied enough to move ahead.

We may have lost in the contest but really…we all won!!!
Together we raised $70,000 as donations have continued to come in past the 1:00am CST deadline.
Not only have we brought a worthy charity a little bit more recognition…we helped them pick up a few sponsors for the future and one of our very own Skarsgirls who is a physician and donates her time for Doctors Without Borders, has mentioned her interest in becoming an active member in the SOS Family.
I’m so thrilled to have been a part of this and I think next year…
BATTLE OF THE FANG 2011 will NOT have the same Champion!!!!

Congrats to all who participated … it was so close that it could have gone either way. The real winners in this are the charities and the people this money will help. Whoever was the brainchild for this battle, I commend you!
I have to be honest and admit that I was totally bummed out that Team Eric lost.
I was donating every 2 weeks and then a big push on the 11th. Fingers crossed and hopes were high that we would stay ahead. Then the dreaded news.
It’s nothing against Stephen. It’s just “All About the Viking”.
But the spark ignited again by coming here and seeing your declaration;
“BATTLE OF THE FANG 2011 will NOT have the same Champion!!!!”
